Liz (M.L. Arch) has studied and worked in the landscape industry since the late 1980s. Early in the 2000s she was introduced formally to local native plants at a lecture given by Cherry Dodd. She has volunteered with the different manifestations of what is now the Edmonton Native Plant Society ever since.

Liz grows native plants for Society fundraising sales in her back yard and is involved in various ENPS projects.
